이용약관

1. 약관의 적용

이 약관은 RHYME(이하 "운영자")이 제공하는 Flozzo 앱과 관련 서비스(이하 "서비스")를 이용하는 모든 이용자에게 적용됩니다. 회원가입 또는 서비스 이용으로 이 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.

2. 계정

• 만 14세 이상만 가입할 수 있습니다.
• 정확한 정보로 가입하고, 계정과 비밀번호를 안전하게 관리해야 합니다. 계정을 다른 사람에게 빌려주거나 팔 수 없습니다.
• 로그인하지 않은 게스트는 일부 기능(글쓰기·댓글·신고 등)을 쓸 수 없습니다.

3. 이용자 콘텐츠

• 이용자가 올린 게시물·사진·댓글·메시지·채팅(이하 "콘텐츠")의 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
• 이용자는 서비스 안에서 콘텐츠를 보여 주고 저장·전송하는 데 필요한 범위에서 운영자가 콘텐츠를 무상으로 이용하는 것을 허락합니다. 콘텐츠를 삭제하거나 탈퇴하면 이 허락도 끝납니다(개인정보 처리방침에 적은 익명 보관 예외는 제외).
• 이용자는 자신이 올릴 권리가 있는 콘텐츠만 올려야 합니다.

4. 금지 행위 — 무관용 원칙

Flozzo 는 불쾌한 콘텐츠와 다른 사람을 괴롭히는 이용자를 용납하지 않습니다. 다음을 올리거나 해서는 안 됩니다.

• 음란물·성적 콘텐츠, 아동을 성적으로 다루는 모든 콘텐츠
• 폭력·자해·위험한 행위를 조장하는 콘텐츠
• 혐오 표현, 괴롭힘, 따돌림, 협박, 스토킹
• 스팸, 사기, 허위 정보, 타인 사칭
• 다른 사람의 개인정보나 저작권 등 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠
• 불법 행위, 서비스 해킹·자동화 남용·정상 운영 방해

5. 신고·차단과 조치

• 이용자는 게시물과 다른 이용자를 신고하거나 차단할 수 있습니다.
• 운영자는 신고를 받으면 24시간 안에 확인해, 약관을 어긴 콘텐츠를 삭제하고 해당 이용자의 이용을 제한하거나 계정을 해지합니다.
• 심각한 위반(아동 대상 성적 콘텐츠 등)은 사전 통지 없이 계정을 해지하고 관계 기관에 알릴 수 있습니다.

6. 커뮤니티와 공간

커뮤니티를 만든 이용자는 커뮤니티의 이름·설명·공간 설정을 관리할 수 있지만, 커뮤니티 안의 콘텐츠도 이 약관을 따라야 합니다. 운영자는 약관을 어긴 커뮤니티를 비공개하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

7. 광고

서비스는 무료이며 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 광고 처리 방식은 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

8. 서비스의 변경과 중단

운영자는 서비스의 기능을 바꾸거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 앱이나 이 사이트에서 미리 알립니다.

9. 탈퇴

이용자는 언제든 앱의 Profile → 설정 → Account → Delete Account 로 탈퇴할 수 있습니다(안내).

10. 책임의 제한

운영자는 이용자가 올린 콘텐츠와 이용자 사이의 분쟁에 대해 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 다만 운영자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 예외로 합니다.

11. 준거법

이 약관은 대한민국 법률을 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.

Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms apply to everyone who uses the Flozzo app and related services (the "Service") provided by RHYME ("we"). By signing up for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 14 years old to create an account.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You may not lend or sell your account.
• Guests who are not signed in cannot use some features (posting, commenting, reporting, etc.).

3. Your content

• You own the posts, photos, comments, messages, and chats you create ("Content").
• You grant us a free license to display, store, and transmit your Content only as needed to run the Service. The license ends when you delete the Content or your account (except anonymized records described in the Privacy Policy).
• Only post Content you have the right to share.

4. Prohibited conduct — zero tolerance

Flozzo has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Do not post or engage in:

• Pornographic or sexual content, and any content that sexualizes minors
• Content promoting violence, self-harm, or dangerous acts
• Hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or stalking
• Spam, scams, false information, or impersonation
• Content that violates others' privacy, copyrights, or other rights
• Illegal activity, hacking, automated abuse, or disrupting the Service

5. Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

• You can report or block posts and other users.
• We review reports within 24 hours, remove Content that violates these Terms, and restrict or terminate the offending user's account.
• For severe violations (such as content sexualizing minors) we may terminate accounts without notice and notify the authorities.

6. Communities and spaces

Community creators can manage their community's name, description, and space, but everything inside a community must follow these Terms. We may hide or remove communities that violate them.

7. Ads

The Service is free and may show ads, handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to the Service

We may change or discontinue features. We will announce important changes in advance in the app or on this site.

9. Leaving

You can delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account (steps).

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for Content posted by users or disputes between users, except for damage caused by our intent or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
