개인정보 처리방침

요약: Flozzo 는 계정과 커뮤니티 활동에 필요한 정보만 받습니다. 개인정보를 팔거나 광고주에게 넘기지 않습니다. 앱의 설정에서 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있고, 삭제하면 계정 정보는 바로 지워지거나 알아볼 수 없게 바뀝니다.
1. 수집하는 정보

위치(GPS), 연락처, 결제 정보는 수집하지 않습니다. 사진은 사용자가 직접 고른 것만 올라가며, 앱은 이를 위해 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청합니다.
2. 이용 목적
- 회원 가입·로그인, 이메일 인증, 비밀번호 재설정
- 피드·커뮤니티·공간·메시지 등 서비스 제공과 다른 이용자에게 프로필·게시물 표시
- 알림 발송(허용한 경우)
- 신고 처리, 부정 이용 방지, 이용약관 위반 대응, 문의 응대
- 무료 서비스 운영을 위한 광고 표시
3. 보관 기간과 삭제
정보는 회원 탈퇴 때까지 보관합니다. 앱의 Profile → 설정(톱니바퀴) → Account → Delete Account로 언제든 탈퇴할 수 있으며, 앱을 쓸 수 없으면 계정 삭제 안내의 방법으로 요청할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴하면 바로 다음과 같이 처리합니다.
- 삭제·비움: 이메일, 비밀번호, 생년월일, 언어 설정, 프로필 사진·소개 글, 아바타, 게시물, 기기 정보·푸시 토큰, 검색어, 팔로우 관계
- 익명화: 닉네임과 이름은 'Deleted_번호' 형태로 바뀝니다. 이미 남긴 댓글, 상대방과 주고받은 메시지, 공간 채팅은 상대방의 대화 기록을 위해 이 익명 이름으로 남습니다.
- 보관: 신고 기록은 부정 이용 방지와 분쟁 대응을 위해 보관할 수 있습니다.
- 게시물에 올렸던 사진 파일의 즉시 영구 삭제를 원하시면 dkim@rhymeinspace.com 로 요청해 주세요. 30일 안에 처리합니다.
법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 정보가 생기면 그 기간 동안 따로 보관한 뒤 파기합니다.
4. 제3자 제공과 처리 위탁
Flozzo 는 개인정보를 제3자에게 팔거나 제공하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영을 위해 아래 업체에 처리를 맡깁니다.

Google 로의 전송은 광고 요청·알림 전달 때 인터넷으로 이루어지며, 처리 내용은 Google 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 이에 동의하지 않으면 기기 설정에서 알림을 끄거나 광고 개인화를 거부할 수 있습니다(5항).
5. 광고
Flozzo 는 무료이며 피드에 Google AdMob 광고가 표시됩니다. 광고를 요청할 때 Google 이 기기 정보(모델, OS, 언어), IP 기반 대략적 위치, 광고 노출·클릭 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
- iPhone: 추적 허용을 요청하지 않으며, 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 쓰지 않는 비개인화 광고만 요청합니다.
- Android: 기기의 광고 ID 로 맞춤 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다. 설정 → Google → 광고에서 광고 ID 를 삭제하거나 재설정할 수 있습니다.
Flozzo 는 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 광고 데이터를 받지 않고, AdMob 의 집계 통계만 봅니다.
6. 이용자의 권리
언제든 자신의 정보를 열람·수정(앱의 프로필 편집), 삭제(계정 삭제)할 수 있고, 처리 정지를 요청할 수 있습니다. 앱에서 할 수 없는 요청은 dkim@rhymeinspace.com 로 보내 주시면 본인 확인 후 지체 없이 처리합니다.
7. 아동의 개인정보
Flozzo 는 만 14세 이상을 대상으로 합니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 알게 되면 바로 삭제합니다.
8. 안전 조치
비밀번호는 되돌릴 수 없는 방식(bcrypt)으로 암호화해 저장하고, 모든 통신은 HTTPS 로 암호화합니다. 서버와 데이터베이스 접근은 운영에 필요한 사람으로 제한합니다.
9. 개인정보 보호책임자
개인정보 침해 신고·상담은 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.kisa.or.kr, 국번 없이 118), 개인정보분쟁조정위원회(www.kopico.go.kr, 1833-6972)에도 할 수 있습니다.
10. 방침의 변경
기능이 바뀌어 처리 방식이 달라지면 이 페이지를 고치고 수정일을 표시합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서도 알립니다.

In short: Flozzo collects only what it needs to run your account and your communities. We never sell your personal information. You can delete your account at any time in the app, and your account details are deleted or anonymized immediately.

We do not collect GPS location, contacts, or payment information. Only photos you choose are uploaded; the app asks for photo library access for this.
2. How we use it
- Sign-up, sign-in, email verification, password reset
- Providing the feed, communities, spaces, and messages, and showing your profile and posts to other users
- Sending notifications (if allowed)
- Handling reports, preventing abuse, enforcing the Terms, answering support requests
- Showing ads so the service can stay free
3. Retention and deletion
We keep your information until you delete your account. You can do this any time in Profile → Settings (gear icon) → Account → Delete Account, or follow these steps if you can't use the app. When you delete your account, we immediately:
- Delete or clear: email, password, date of birth, language setting, profile photo and bio, avatar, posts, device information and push tokens, search terms, follow relationships
- Anonymize: your nickname and name become "Deleted_<number>". Comments you left, messages you exchanged, and space chats stay under this anonymous name so the other people's conversations remain intact.
- Keep: records of reports may be kept to prevent abuse and handle disputes.
- If you want the photo files from your posts permanently erased right away, email dkim@rhymeinspace.com. We will do it within 30 days.
4. Sharing and service providers
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties. We use these providers to run the service:

5. Advertising
Flozzo is free and shows Google AdMob ads in the feed. When an ad is requested, Google may process device information (model, OS, language), approximate location based on IP, and ad impression/click data.
- iPhone: we do not ask for tracking permission and request only non-personalized ads, without the advertising identifier (IDFA).
- Android: ads may be personalized using your device's advertising ID. You can delete or reset it in Settings → Google → Ads.
We never receive ad data that identifies you; we only see aggregated AdMob statistics.
6. Your rights
You can view and edit your information (Edit profile in the app), delete it (Delete account), and ask us to stop processing it. For anything you can't do in the app, email dkim@rhymeinspace.com; we will act on it promptly after confirming it's you.
7. Children
Flozzo is intended for users aged 14 and over. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 14, we delete it.
8. Security
Passwords are stored with one-way hashing (bcrypt), and all traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to servers and databases is limited to people who operate the service.
